Passport size photograph , signature , 10th & 12th Marksheet , Migration Certificate (In case of other than Haryana Board) , NSS / NCC 'B' / Bharat Scouts & Guides / Sports Certificate, if applicable , School Character Certificate , Gap Year Undertaking / Affidavit , if applicable , Reserved Category Certificate , if applicable , Income Certificate , if applicable and family id .

Steps to fill admission form for Ug Courses

1. Sabse pehle aap ko iss website ko open karna hai .

2. Phir aapko student registration ke button ko click karna hai , aur apna naam father naam , mobile number and email id dalna hai . Aur ek password set kar lena hai .

3. Phir jaise hi aap details submit karenge toh aapko ek 100 rs ki fee pay karni hogi .

4. Ab aapko login karna hai and aapki basic details enter karni hai , jaise ki gender , dob , address , family id and caste . Details enter karte hi aapko save and next ke button ko click karna hai .

5. Phir aapko aapki 10th aur 12th class ke marks , roll no , percentage and passing year ko enter karne hai . Details enter karte hi aapko save and next ke button ko click karna hai .

6. Phir aapko ncc / nss ya koi sport certificate aapke pass ho toh , uski details enter karni hai . Yadi aapke pass koi certificate nahi hai toh , aap skip and next ka button ko click karege .

7. Next page par aapko aapki photo , sign , 10th and 12th marksheet yani dmc , character certificate etc jpg ya png form mein upload karne hai .

8. Ab aapko college and course preference select karni hai . Details select karte hi aapko , save and next ke button ko click karna hai .

9. Ab aap ka form lag bhag pura fill hogaya hai . Ek baar wapis sabhi details check karle , agar sab sahi hai toh final submit ke button ko press kare .

Jaise hi aap final submit ka button dabhayege , aapka admission form successfully submit hojayega . Aur aage college ke pass document verification ke liye chala jayega . Jin bhi bacho ka form successfully verify hoga , sirf unhi bacho ko merit list ke liye considered kiya jayega .

Baki college staff ko man lo , aapke form mein koi mistake lagti hai toh , vo aapko sms ke jariye bata di jayegi . And aapko phir dubara site par login karke , apne form ko sahi kar lena hai .
